客户端逻辑说明：客户端默认采用本地持久化存储 (`NSUserDefaults`) 保存用户在 HUD 滑块调节的速度与步频，重启后依然保留；默认不再被云端速度强制覆盖。
云端模拟总开关 (simulationEnabled)
关闭后，全网客户端定位模拟将被强制禁止，即使已验证卡密也无法开启。
强制隐藏 NFC 开关 (nfcHidden)
开启后锁定客户端 NFC 模拟开关，不可在手机本地关闭。
